Mont Stubline Ltd. is a family-owned business with a long-standing tradition in metal processing as well as custom design, specialty fabrication and field installation of mechanical process and HVAC equipment.
Our story began in 1991, when Miladin Karić founded METAL MONT, a company that specialized in the production and installation of thermal power and process equipment. In 2011, the second generation of engineers in the family brought their own contribution to the table and founded MONT Stubline Ltd, continuing and widening the family business range.With nearly three decades in continued existence, our company has acquired considerable experience and know-how, procurring all the necessary equipment and certificates in its relevant fields:
• design of process and HVAC equipment (licensed engineers for thermal and mechanical calculations, preliminary installation drafts and designs, custom creation/verification of project documentation for pressure vessels, finite element budget calculation, optimization)
• engineering and inspection, performed by engineers with considerable experience in the building of industrial plants across EU• production of process and thermotechnical equipment, the basis of our production program In addition to our core production program, a part of our manufacture is designated for shipbuilding and general steel structure fabrication (construction hardware, portals for highways, etc.) Production takes place in two fully-equipped production hall areas of about 1600 m2, near the town of Obrenovac. Our engineers have so far taken part in several R&D projects performed in cooperation with the Innovation Centre at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the University of Belgrade.
The experience and mindset gained on these projects are now implemented into our own engineering practice.
MONT Stubline Ltd. is very attentive towards Intellectual Property Rights, and our operation is focused on improving the existing and developing new technical solutions whenever we identify a clear need.
The latest effort in this regard is a project proposal for the development of an innovative heat exchanger for biomass pasteurisation, done in cooperation with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrad
If the funds are secured, this research and development project would include 2 years of experimental research and complete optimization of innovative concepts.
The application of innovative and original thinking to specific technical applications is one of the main qualifying features of our engineering team. In terms of strategy, such a modus operandi provides an add.
