PRESSURE VESSELS (PED)

PRESSURE VESSELS (PED)

We design and manufacture pressure vessels in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (PED), with CE marking and complete technical documentation. Designs can be vertical or horizontal, supported on legs, skirt or saddles, with nozzles and accessories according to the P&ID specification (safety valves, pressure gauges, manholes, measuring points).

We supply vessels for design pressure up to 100 bar (higher on request) and the corresponding temperature range, for Fluid Groups 1 and 2. The manufacturing process includes preparation of WPS/WPQR procedures, qualified welders, NDT examinations (VT/PT/MT/UT/RT), hydrostatic / pneumatic pressure tests and, where required, PWHT. In cooperation with a Notified Body we implement the appropriate conformity assessment module (e.g. B, B+F, G, H/H1).

FAQ – PRESSURE VESSELS (PED)

We work according to PED 2014/68/EU, with CE marking. We support categories I–IV and modules A2, B, B+F, G, H/H1 in cooperation with a Notified Body (NB). The choice of module depends on the Fluid Group (1/2), PS/TD and vessel volume.

Typical values are PS up to 100 bar (higher on request) and a temperature range from −20 °C to +250 °C, depending on material and process. Design is based on the specified operating conditions and calculations of shell and nozzle wall thicknesses.

Carbon / boiler steels: P265GH / P355GH (EN 10028), S235JR / S355 (EN 10025), and 16Mo3 where required; stainless steel: AISI 304 / 316L. Reference design / construction standards: EN 13445 or AD 2000 (as specified by the client).
