STAINLESS STEEL TANKS
We manufacture stainless steel tanks with capacities from 1 to 200 m³ for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and energy industries. Each tank is designed according to the process specification: vertical or horizontal, self-supporting or on legs/frame, with options for insulation, heating/cooling jacket, agitator and CIP connections. Typical materials are AISI 304 / AISI 316L (other grades available on request), with surface finish 2B, brushed or polished according to hygiene requirements.
All tanks are supplied with complete technical documentation (material certificates EN 10204 3.1, welding log, test reports). NDT inspections (VT/PT) and hydrostatic pressure tests are performed in line with the applicable standards and customer specifications.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – STAINLESS STEEL TANKS
The standard range is 1–200 m³. Diameter, height, vertical or horizontal orientation and support type (legs/frame) are defined according to the available space and process requirements. Special dimensions can also be engineered on request.
AISI 304 is a very good choice for most food-grade and general-purpose media. AISI 316L contains molybdenum and is recommended for more aggressive environments (chlorides, certain acids, pharmaceutical applications). The final selection depends on pH, temperature and the exact process medium.
Yes. We supply thermal insulation (mineral wool or PU foam) with stainless steel cladding, and heating/cooling jackets in spiral or channel design. Jackets are designed for water, steam or glycol, and dimensioned according to the required operating conditions and heat exchange duty.
