CUSTOM / TAILOR-MADE PRODUCTS
We design and deliver custom engineered solutions – from single vessels and special tanks to complete skid modules with frame, piping, valves and automation, ready to be connected on site. Each solution is adapted to your process (medium, pressure / temperature, hygienic requirements), available space and required functionality (mixing, dosing, heating/cooling, filtration, heat exchange).
Where required we manufacture in compliance with PED 2014/68/EU (CE marking), with WPS/WPQR procedures, qualified welders and NDT examinations. We provide full technical documentation (P&ID, equipment and material lists, electrical schematics, manuals) as well as FAT/SAT protocols. Our focus is on modularity, easy integration and minimum downtime during commissioning.

FAQ – CUSTOM / TAILOR-MADE PRODUCTS
For a quick quotation and correct design calculations we need your URS / technical specification, a process and medium description (pH, viscosity, temperature), required capacity / flow, operating pressure / temperature ranges, preferred materials and surface finishes, required connection types (EN/DIN, TC, threaded), a draft P&ID (if available), automation requirements (PLC/HMI, measurements), standards / hygiene requirements (e.g. hygienic design, ATEX where applicable), as well as site constraints (dimensions, access, utilities such as steam, water, glycol, electrical power).
A typical scope includes a 3D model and P&ID, bill of equipment and materials (BoM), fabrication of structure and piping, valves and instrumentation, control panel with PLC/HMI, wiring and I/O tests, as well as FAT in our workshop (and SAT on site if required). Documentation covers material certificates EN 10204 3.1, weld log, NDT and pressure test reports, operation and maintenance manual (IOM), installation diagrams and, where applicable, compliance with PED 2014/68/EU and CE declaration.
Depending on module complexity (mixing, jacket, automation), typical lead times are 8–14 weeks from approval of the technical specification and down payment. Before shipment we carry out functional tests (FAT), tightness tests and, where required, hydro/pneumatic tests. Once on site, we can support installation, SAT and operator training, including commissioning and final documentation handover.
