QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM
Material traceability (EN 10204 3.1), weld supervision and parameter records. Internal QA protocols and final reports for every delivery.
PROJECT-SPECIFIC ENGINEERING
Design and manufacture according to process specifications – material selection AISI 304/316, insulation, mixers, double jacket, anticorrosion protection and nozzles according to P&ID.
EXPERIENCED WELDING AND TECHNOLOGY TEAM
Qualified welding procedures (WPS/WPQR) and operators with proven competence for stainless and carbon steel in demanding production conditions.
TESTING AND PED COMPLIANCE (PED)
Visual and penetrant testing, hydrostatic tests up to 100 bar and documentation in line with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.
